Maintenance & operationsMaintenance, from request to resolution
Help Point Preserve turn a maintenance request into an assigned, traceable task with the information staff need.
Proposed demonstration: route a synthetic request, track its status, and show a usable handoff and completion record.
Measure: completeness of the handoff, routing accuracy, and staff handling time in agreed test cases.
Ask about the maintenance project ↗Environmental evidenceEnvironmental reporting you can trace
Turn an approved source set into a clear environmental report that keeps evidence and uncertainty visible.
Proposed demonstration: generate a source-linked report, distinguish findings from unknowns, and trace each substantive claim.
Measure: source coverage, citation accuracy, and unsupported claims. Data sources and a prospective buyer remain to be confirmed.
Ask about the environmental project ↗IT & data scienceKnow when an integration needs attention
Make integration failures easier to notice, understand, and hand off to the right person.
Proposed demonstration: detect a simulated failure, explain its evidence, and produce a useful recovery handoff.
Measure: detection accuracy, false alerts, and clarity of recovery steps in a controlled test.
Ask about the integration project ↗Hospitality & guest servicesWillow: a more helpful guest concierge
Improve Willow’s property recommendations and the path from a guest question to an accurate booking handoff.
Proposed demonstration: use verified property information and availability to recommend a suitable stay and hand off to OwnerRez, the booking system of record.
Measure: recommendation correctness, handoff completion, and staff time in agreed scenarios. A demonstration is not proof of incremental bookings.
Ask about the Willow project ↗Government & community servicesDistrict Ops: meetings into follow-through
Turn approved meeting materials and recorded decisions into proposed actions, owners, and follow-up.
Proposed demonstration: trace each proposed task to its source and flag missing owners, dates, or unresolved decisions.
Measure: task accuracy, evidence coverage, and staff review time. A participating district and buyer remain to be confirmed; no public records connection is implied.
Ask about District Ops ↗Shared platform principle: modular capabilities for identity, workflow, evidence, communications, and reporting. Each prototype should connect to those capabilities through clear interfaces.
A paid working audition
Your work has value.
The approved planning rates are $30/hour for builders and $50/hour for leadership candidates, with 25 scheduled hours per week. Pay covers work performed, including for participants who do not advance.
Week two depends on advancement and announced capacity. A place in the audition does not promise a job, funded pilot, or two weeks of work.
Travel: approved reimbursement up to $500 per person total, against receipts. Lodging: planned at Point Preserve, subject to availability; room arrangements and final terms remain pending.

How selection works
Evidence over presentation.
Begin with a short application and work sample when applications open. During the audition, show your own contribution, explain your choices, and test your work. AI tools are welcome; understanding and verification remain yours.
Project rankings and individual hiring decisions are separate. Leadership candidates also demonstrate scoping, delegation, handling blockers, and a commercial next step.
The 75/100 advancement threshold is provisional and will be calibrated before launch. Reviewer recommendations are advisory. Doug Liles makes final advancement and hiring decisions.

Three planned AI roles report directly to Doug: Santa Rosa Coordinator, Santa Rosa Technical Reviewer, and Santa Rosa Customer and Commercial Reviewer. The two review roles provide separate advisory assessments; AI agents do not make final hiring decisions.
The agents are disabled and are not operational. Production identity, execution, communications, and evidence checks remain part of activation. Heather King is the planned human backup to the coordinator and supports on-site logistics; her availability remains unconfirmed.
